Dubbo City Council
Dubbo City Council was very happy with the awareness, education and behaviour change campaign developed and run on our behalf by Seftons to increase the adoption rate of our Sewerage Trade Waste Policy. This had the potential to be seen by the business community as just another regulatory and cost imposition by ‘Government’, a sure recipe for poor public perception. In the end the number of businesses on these contracts increased tenfold over three years. Frankly, I was amazed at how the policy was implemented during that period without drawing more criticism than it did. I can only speak very highly of the professionalism of Seftons.
