Developing strategic communication and marketing plans
We work with clients to advise and develop individually tailored strategic communication and marketing plans to achieve their goals – ranging from small, tightly focused campaigns through to full organisational communication plans.
Our toolkit includes qualitative and quantitative research, audits of existing communication activities, corporate identity and brand development, stakeholder engagement, facilitated workshops and meetings, message development, media and public relations activities, professional writing, creative work for advertising and marketing, sponsorship management, social and online media and special events.
Our plans are individually tailored, cost effective and measurable. The timelines, deliverables, responsibilities and key performance indicators are clearly set out. We provide plans that you can implement, or we can work with you to put a plan into action. Most importantly, we involve you in developing a plan that will deliver the outcomes you need.
Seftons also works with clients at a senior management / board level to provide strategic counsel on a business’ organisational objectives. We leverage our long and respected track record of working with the stakeholders that shape and influence regional, rural and remote Australia to provide guidance to our clients on how to reach its desired outcomes. Underpinning our strategic counsel is the latest industry research and data.
Dubbo City Council
Dubbo City Council was very happy with the awareness, education and behaviour change campaign developed and run on our behalf by Seftons to increase the adoption rate of our Sewerage Trade Waste Policy. This had the potential to be seen by the business community as just another regulatory and cost imposition by ‘Government’, a sure recipe for poor public perception. In the end the number of businesses on these contracts increased tenfold over three years. Frankly, I was amazed at how the policy was implemented during that period without drawing more criticism than it did. I can only speak very highly of the professionalism of Seftons.
