Seftons was contracted by CopRice to create, activate and grow social presence for the Master Brand portfolio across dairy, equine, beef, sheep and working dog products.
The Seftons specialist social team developed a 12-month program including a content calendar identifying key events, content themes and nutritional and seasonal focuses throughout the period. The team developed a series of unique, engaging and diverse content leveraging still and video imagery as well as advertising formats. The program created a strong social presence for CopRice across both Facebook and Instagram with engagement and audience growth at very positive levels given the frequency of posts and budget. We also worked with relevant industry-related Facebook groups to engage in conversation and drive brand awareness, positive sentiment and Facebook followers CopRice. The goal was to reach 1,000 followers within 6 months, this was reached before the four-month mark and continued to rise month on month. The social campaign also saw a strong level of positive ambassador engagement and key stakeholder involvement in content and sharing of material with their audiences further amplifying the CopRice brand presence.
