Seftons was contracted by Australian Eggs for the ongoing management of their Twitter account to increase engagement, following and to share information about the egg industry with industry stakeholders, media and government. Seftons managed the content creation, community engagement, campaigns and reporting during this time and saw significant increase in uptake of media and research content. As an industry facing account Australian Eggs has an increased presence and greater profile to use Twitter as a communication tool.
